Traditional Korean Bibimbap

Whenever anyone asks me what my favorite food is, I say ‘anything my mom makes!’. I decided to stop being so selfish and start sharing some of her recipes with you. 🙂 I grew up on eating mostly traditional Korean dishes so I’m excited to let you into my culture and a special part of my life.

My mom and I are incredibly close. So much of our relationship growing up, was, and still is, based on food. Growing up, my mom would always cook my favorite dishes and would love to do so and now as an adult, I love to cook my favorite …

The Basics of Digestive Enzymes

I haven’t talked too much about my own personal health but from time to time when you see me discussing probiotics or gut health in general, it is because I know firsthand the importance of having a healthy gut. Kohl’s x Tone It Up Love Your Body Series Event

Hi Friends! Over the weekend, I attended the Kohl’s x Tone It Up event at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. It was an absolutely gorgeous day – I think it was 85 degrees! I just felt super blessed to be living a summer day in the middle of January.

The event was all morning and afternoon filled with all kinds of movement. It started with a total toning workout with Karena and Katrina, followed by arms, abs, yoga, dance, and kickboxing! I love that K&K appreciate all types of movement to get us all active! I say definitely try any kind of exercise …
